Parents are urged to follow certain channels when problems arise in the classroom. If the class or subject teacher is unable to assist, a consultation with the relevant Head of Department should be arranged. If the problem still persists parents may consult the headmaster. Should the problem still remain unresolved, parents have recourse to the Governing Body. It should be noted that scholastic problems should be addressed by the school's professional staff.
