If you are applying for Grade 1 for Hurlyvale Primary please bring certified copies of the following when applying:
 | Birth certificate of child (UNABRIDGED, IF POSSIBLE) |
| Proof of address (e.g. water and electricity account or if you are renting the property, a bank statement or rent statement with your name and residential address printed thereon). No lease agreements or letters from landlords will be acceptable as proof of residence. |
Please note that under no circumstances will photocopies be made at the school on your behalf.
Please bring certified copies of the following when applying:

| 1 photograph of child (I.D. Size) |
| Proof of address (e.g. water and electricity account or if you are renting the property, a bank statement or rent statement with your name and residential address printed thereon). |
| In respect of Parents/Guardians who do not reside within the school's designated area, but are employed within this area, we require proof of employment. |
| R500.00 deposit (This will be deducted off your school fees). |
| Both parents/guardians I.D. documents |
| Divorce agreement if applicable |
| Last or latest report |
| Transfer card |
| Study permit if an immigrant. |
